The Lighthouse
The Lighthouse will be a key venue during Sonica 2024, an audio-visual art festival organised by Cryptic running from 19th – 29th September. There will be art installations and talks taking place at the venue which are free of charge and open to the public. Please visit the Sonica website for more information on the art installations and talks programme. The building on Maxwell St was once home to Fury Murry’s in the late 80s and 90s, and then repurposed into a strip club. The space has a lot of character, with the majority of the strip club interiors remaining largely intact. EXIT has a strong DIY ethos, platforming and growing the local scene and creative community here in Glasgow.
