VOLUNTEERING UPDATE

As we approach the festival, we would like to thank you for your patience as we work on opening volunteer submissions.

Glasgow Doors Open Day festival thrives off the energy and enthusiasm of volunteers who do fantastic work in helping us deliver a quality programme. Thanks to them, we can open over 100 different buildings and special places to the public. This year, we are excited to celebrate the city’s rich architectural and cultural heritage by exploring the theme of “We’re All Here”: Diversity & Diaspora.

To help us achieve this, we are looking to recruit a team of festival volunteers to help us during the in-person events taking place across the city on the 16 – 22 of September 2024. Volunteering at Glasgow Doors Open Days Festival is the perfect opportunity to meet new people, share and hear stories about the city and explore Glasgow’s heritage.

If you would like to get involved with our 2024 festival, the volunteer submissions will be open soon. Please keep an eye out for updates on the website or sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know when applications are open.
