Greyfriars Biophilic Garden
When you step into our beautiful garden, you will be transported from the hustle and bustle of the city into a nature wonderland. You will be amazed at the variety of vegetables and flowers that are grown in small raised beds and you will be delighted by the friendly welcome. When you walk through our garden, your spirit will be uplifted. When you visit, you will be wowed. You will discover the power of nature to make you feel happy. You will see how we have recycled pallets and other materials to create our mushroom farm, storage and benches. You can rest and relax and enjoy tea/coffee and home baking at very modest prices. We are a registered not-for-profit Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation, (SCO50973), run by a Board of Trustees. We are accountable to our members. We have 56 raised beds which are rented annually to our members who live or work in our catchment area. Our members pay £15 a year.
