Come and Try Gardening at Provan Hall - Family Friendly
500 years of history in the heart of Easterhouse, Glasgow. Arguably Glasgow’s oldest house, Provan Hall is the best example of a medieval fortified house in Scotland and lies with the Seven Lochs Wetland Park. Architecture, history, arts, nature, culture, there is something for everyone at this somewhat hidden historic gem. Our mix of modern and medieval gardens and woodlands is a treasure trove of discovery, from natural treasures, animal spotting to discovering the ways the lords and ladies of Provan Hall would have lived. Join our nature conservation volunteers in a spot of mindful gardening. Learn about gardening maintenance, using tools safely, growing processes and spot a deer or two. Drop in between 11am and 3pm.
