Print Clan CIC

The Print Clan Studio is a working screen printing studio located on Glasgow’s historic High Street. Print Clan have been in the building since August 2018, converting the space and amassing specialist equipment to serve over 90 artist members and numerous workshop participants. During the festival Print Clan will be hosting a screen printing activity where you can come and try your hand at the art of textile printing! You will also have the opportunity to see some of Print Clan’s members working on their own projects, making use of the 10 metre textile printing table which runs across the length of the studio. Since moving to the High Street in September 2019, we have hosted over 100 educational workshops and had 189 days of studio production for our members. We have successfully contributed to Glasgow City Council’s aims to regenerate the area around High Street by bringing daily visitors to the neighbourhood and investing in our building. We collaborate with third sector organisations around Glasgow to provide subsidised workshops for vulnerable communities, braking barriers and promoting diversity.
