Sauchiehall Street: Culture and Heritage District How can people make Sauchiehall Street?
In March 2024, Glasgow Life was awarded £350,000 from of the National Lottery Heritage Fund’s (NLHF) new UK-wide Heritage Places programme. This initial funding is to support an 18-month development phase of Sauchiehall Street: Culture and Heritage District. The project will engage with local communities, businesses and visitors using culture and heritage to inform the regeneration of the area. The engagement, outcomes and identified heritage from the project’s programme will contribute to forming a 10 year framework for the street and further investment from NLHF.
Join the project team to find out more about the district and, the culture and heritage institutions within it, and explore how you can engage with the project and its vision for the next 10 years.

The exhibit features 10 giant sculptures designed by artists, displaying common MPN symptoms. Visitors can further engage with these characters via augmented reality, raising awareness of symptoms that often go unnoticed.
