Flourish House: A Sustainable Community

Booking Necessary: Yes

We’d like to welcome you to enjoy a virtual visit to Flourish House. You can see the key features of our striking building, a Category B-listed former church, one of only three known buildings in Glasgow by Eric Alexander Sutherland in use today.

As well as seeing the features of our stunning building, the imposing but elegant frontage & the beautiful vaulted ceiling, you will learn a little bit of the history and we’ll give you a glimpse of how we use the building today; supporting recovery and enabling everyone to reach their potential. You can see why we believe we are a sustainable community & how we get out and about in the community & around our city.

Organisation Information:

Flourish House is a mental health recovery community. Based on the International Clubhouse movement, we help people to build meaningful relationships through meaningful activity. As the only organisation of its kind in Scotland, we offer support to people with long term mental illnesses, enabling them to gain a sense of well-being and recover confidence. We also encourage people to learn new skills to achieve social, financial and vocational goals and becoming active participants in the community.
