Govan Heritage Trust took over ownership of Govan Old in 2016 and, with project management provided by Govan Workspace, is currently implementing the first phases of a 5-year business plan to secure a viable future for the building. Having recently completed the refurbishment of 3,000 sq feet of lettable space on the lower ground the Trust is currently working on an extension which will provide heating, toilets and an accessible entrance. Govan Heritage Trust runs a free, volunteer-led museum and provides tours & workshops for schools and community groups.
