Old Fruitmarket

Old Fruitmarket
The Old Fruitmarket is a gem tucked away next to the City Halls in Glasgow’s stylish Merchant City quarter. Beginning its life as Glasgow’s wholesale fruit market, the venue was thoughtfully and imaginatively renovated to create a very special venue. With a number of its period features retained, including the lofty vaulted roof, cast iron columns and balcony, the Old Fruitmarket offers a unique setting for a wide range of events from folk, pop, jazz and world music concerts, comedy and club nights to weddings, fashion shows and banquets. Pop in on Sunday 22st September and prepare to be caught under the spell of Glasgow’s Old Fruitmarket, as soon as you walk through its doors!
