Trinity Building

Trinity Building
When visiting the Trinity Building in Glasgow, you will be entering a true part of Glasgow’s architectural history. Designed by Charles Wilson, and completed in 1860, the building served for 112 years as the training college for Scotland’s ministers up till 1972. The building was converted to 21 townhouses in the mid-80s. Inside the building you will see exceptional architecture that blends ornate stonework, stained glass, and tropical plants, with modern residential spaces. On your visit we will explain the history of the building and how the site became sought after by both the Free Church and Glasgow University, and we will bring you up to date with the recent renovation works carried out on the main tower.

EXIT is a fully operating DIY, independent and artist run club and arts space which was opened in September 2023. The building on Maxwell St was once home to Fury Murry’s in the late 80s and 90s, and then repurposed into a strip club. The space has a lot of character, with the majority of the strip club interiors remaining largely intact. EXIT has a strong DIY ethos, platforming and growing the local scene and creative community here in Glasgow.
