Diocesan Centre for Scottish Episcopal Church

Glasgow’s Italian Centre marked the start of the regeneration of the Merchant City area. The façade at Cochrane Street looks out on to The City Chambers and Merchants House of Glasgow, and its location, setting and style was felt to be perfect to attract visitors to the Diocesan Centre from all over Glasgow and Galloway. It is a quiet haven in the heart of the city which also provides meeting space, and a library as well a refreshments servery for guests. The Centre combines a modern working environment but also houses artifacts from the Scottish Episcopalian Church’s history which many people would rarely see, and which will be on display. Hot drinks and biscuits will be available.
